Preview Le Cuisine Boheme!!!!

As of April, 2011, you can also purchase the book locally in San Jose del Cabo, in the Baja, at "El Armario", one of the best galleries in town, in the art district.  The shop has some very unique hand made crafts that you can´t find almost anywhere.  In the near future, you will be able to also find it at the boutique inside Casa Dorada Hotel, in Medano Beach in San Lucas!!!!  Be sure to check it out!

As the name mentions, the cuisine showcased in the book is that of a very personal nature, with the plain objective of finding the best profiles between ingredients, flavors, textures and techiniques.  It is definately a cuisine that cannot be done in a hurry.  Its meant to be enjoyed, hopefully in a romantic setting or with some friends to partake in one of the most enjoyable of feats, shearing at the table!

The book has 15 recipes, divided in three sections, with diverse levels of difficulty that will help anyone wanting to experience professional cooking at a higher level.  Be sure that if you have any questions about the book, log them down on the comments box of the blog and I will get back to you with the answers as soon as possible.
