And where are the recipes???????

As in the spanish version, I will be posting some recipes in a separate page for the enjoyment of our readers with the hope that you like them. I will be also posting some cooking notes that will help you in becoming a better cook and a little more well informed about why we do what we do.

And the disclaimer...

Do know that all of the recipes that I will be uploading are made by a working chef, so... they will be difficult at times. In the end, if you want to cook like a chef, well there you go!

Also, the last time I weighed something was...well... the last year of my culinary education, so... what I prefer you do is use the recipe as a guideline. Create your own profile. It will help you beome more confident with your cooking abilities.

Obvioulsy, if you think a procedure is to difficult or dengerous, then... well... don´t do it. Have fun cooking, but pay attention to what you are doing.

Also read the recipe first and check for any allergies that you might have, specially if you are aware that you have them.

And last but not least...

Try to find the ingredients as mentioned in the recipe. Short cuts don´t usually help in good cooking. Use fresh herbs, fresh fish, fresh everything. It makes a big difference.

And in the end...

Sit down, relax, and enjoy eating what you´ve done. Happines will soon follow!
